Telly English offers a satisfaction guarantee on all of our teachers. You are eligible to the terms of this guarantee if a native English teacher recruited by us leaves your school or is terminated within the 90 day period, provided that these restrictions have been followed:

1. The school in questions has followed all guidelines as printed in the signed teacher contract. If individual or multiple clauses were broken by the school, Telly English will be unable to assist you if the teacher leaves.

2. The signed teacher contract is free of illegal clauses as defined by the Korean Immigration Board.

3. The teacher must have been paid, in full, on time as defined in the signed teacher contract.

4. If the teacher was terminated for poor performance, the teacher must have received prior written notice if their performance issues. In addition, Telly English must have been notified at least two weeks in advance that there has been a performance issue with the teacher, and that termination is a possibility. This excludes incidents of gross misconduct, (i.e. Violations of Korean law, arriving to school under the influence of alcohol/drugs).

5. Documentation must been submitted to Telly English indicating that the teacher’s visa has been cancelled.
